As the world’s fastest single-engine turboprop aircraft family, the TBM combines jet-like cruise speeds with the efficiency and flexibility of turboprop propulsion. Its range, useful load and ability to operate from smaller airports provide exceptional freedom for both business and personal travel.
Inside, the pressurized six-seat cabin combines European design and craftsmanship with a high level of comfort. Acoustic treatment contributes to a quiet environment, while the Passenger Comfort Display provides enroute flight information and enables passengers to control cabin temperature and lighting.
On the TBM 980, 100-watt USB-C ports support passengers’ connected devices, while a built-in interface enables the installation of a Starlink Mini terminal for satellite-based internet connectivity.

The TBM 980 introduces Garmin’s third-generation G3000® PRIME avionics suite. Its touchscreen-controlled flight deck features three 14-inch edge-to-edge displays, enhanced system integration and customizable presets designed to streamline cockpit management and reduce pilot workload.
The TBM 980 and TBM 960 are powered by Pratt & Whitney Canada’s PT6E-66XT intelligent turboprop engine and Hartzell’s five-blade composite propeller. Both are managed by a dual-channel digital Engine and Propeller Electronic Control System (EPECS), supporting precise piloting and efficient operation.
Safety is a defining feature of the TBM family through Daher’s e-copilot® suite of technologies. It includes advanced weather detection, icing protection, flight-envelope monitoring and emergency descent mode, as well as HomeSafe™ emergency autoland, which can land the aircraft automatically in the event of pilot incapacitation.
More than 1,300 TBMs of all versions have been delivered worldwide. The fleet is supported by a global network of more than 70 approved service centers.

Current production versions are the TBM 980, launched by Daher in 2026, and the TBM 960, introduced in 2022. Both are produced at Daher Aircraft’s headquarters and industrial facility in Tarbes, southwestern France.

The latest evolution of the TBM family, the TBM 980 is designed for customers seeking the newest generation of cockpit integration together with enhanced passenger comfort and connectivity.
TBM 960
The TBM 960 remains in production as a proven and versatile solution for owner-pilots, business aviation operators, fleets and multi-mission service providers.
TBM 910
TBM 910
The TBM 910 combines the speeds of a light jet with the operating costs and range of a turboprop aircraft. It is equipped with a Garmin G1000 NXi avionics system controlled by a physical keypad. Its TBM e-copilot® system, including an icing detection system, lowers the pilot’s workload with automation – facilitating operation with a single power level. Its totally-reconfigurable cabin offers comfort and connectivity to the passengers.

The TBM and Kodiak: complementary airplane families
The TBM is part of Daher’s airplane portfolio alongside the Kodiak, a complementary turboprop-powered family that broadens the range of applications served by Daher-built aircraft. While the pressurized, low-wing TBM is designed for fast and efficient travel, the unpressurized, high-wing Kodiak is built for utility operations from conventional airports, backcountry airstrips and remote locations.
