Based on its expertise as an industrial and service provider, as well as benefitting from its digital solutions, Daher secures and optimizes supply procurement operations – while also anticipating and managing shortcomings (production control) and flow control. These services can be provided on a client’s site, or on a dedicated Daher location, or on a shared site.

A unique and comprehensive tool for supply management at three levels:
1. Daily management
– Procurement and suppliers: global views for task prioritization (alerts) as well as the visibility of backlog, status of stocks, missing products, etc.
2. Reporting
– Global visibility for performance monitoring of teams (alerts) and suppliers (OTD and OQD),
– Detailed views on the volume of activities and budgeting for managing the service.
3. Simulation
– Detailed visibility: use of modifiable parameters to simulate decision-making thresholds (examples: item values and minimum delays for the postponement of an order).
– In addition, data are kept on the cloud in the big data framework – enabling data science and the implementation of artificial intelligence to optimize stock levels and predict supplier performance, among other things.
